My husband, also a dedicated agent, even offered to adjust his schedule to ensure the appointment could proceed without the homeowner's presence, an offer which Hyram declined. Unfortunately, despite these clear arrangements, Hyram contacted our client directly in the hospital, causing unnecessary stress and confusion by requesting to reschedule the appointment—this, instead of reaching out to us to manage the situation. This oversight has led to a significant delay in the closing process, reflecting a lack of professionalism on this occasion. Given this experience, we find ourselves unable to recommend your services. I suspected that I had a leaking pipe, in... read more fact, I called a water detection company that said I had a leak right where the puddle was and charge me $300. I called my plumber I normally use he dug up the area and could find no leak with the pipes so I decided to give hip home services a try . Mr. HYRAM answered the phone. Instead of rushing over to charge me more money he spend time on the phone discussing the possibility that the water could be naturally coming from the ground instead of a leaking pipe seeing that I had no increase in my water bill. I really appreciated the time he spent on the phone with me giving me advice which was the watch my water bill to see if it goes up. If it goes up, then we can take further action, but as of now with no increase in water bill to watch the situation. I feel this man was honest in his approach in dealing with me, and giving me the best advice as opposed to rushing over to my house, simply trying to make a buck. His first priority was to give good service and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much.

Well, I called Hiram at H.I.P. based on his reviews and just got lucky. He answered his ph when I called - a good first start! He talked with me about my issue and gave me options. He was able to get to my job in a day, gave me a small 2 hour window (which was way better than the 8-1 window quoted by another company). I liked that the person I spoke to was the actual person completing the job. He showed up on time, fixed a valve and installed a new toilet. He did not leave a mess and followed up with me when he left with a short video of the completed job. I was able to pay via Zelle- a bonus for quick and easy payment.
