Well, I called Hiram at H.I.P. based on his reviews and just got lucky. He answered his ph when I called - a good first start! He talked with me about my issue and gave me options. He was able to get to my job in a day, gave me a small 2 hour window (which was way better than the 8-1 window quoted by another company). I liked that the person I spoke to was the actual person completing the job. He showed up on time, fixed a valve and installed a new toilet. He did not leave a mess and followed up with me when he left with a short video of the completed job. I was able to pay via Zelle- a bonus for quick and easy payment. He is now in my contacts as I will 100% use him again. I highly recommend H.I.P. Home Services and repair for plumbing issues.
