Unfortunately, despite these clear arrangements, Hyram contacted our client directly in the hospital, causing unnecessary stress and confusion by requesting to reschedule the appointment—this, instead of reaching out to us to manage the situation. This oversight has led to a significant delay in the closing process, reflecting a lack of professionalism on this occasion. Given this experience, we find ourselves unable to recommend your services. I called my plumber I normally use he dug up the area and could find no leak with the pipes so I decided to give hip home services a try . Mr. HYRAM answered the phone. Instead of rushing over to charge me more money he spend time on the phone discussing the possibility that the water could be naturally coming from the ground instead of a leaking pipe seeing that I had no increase in my water bill. I really appreciated the time he spent on the phone with me giving me advice which was the watch my water bill to see if it goes up. If it goes up, then we can take further action, but as of now with no increase in water bill to watch the situation. I feel this man was honest in his approach in dealing with me, and giving me the best advice as opposed to rushing over to my house, simply trying to make a buck.
