I called my plumber I normally use he dug up the area and could find no leak with the pipes so I decided to give hip home services a try . Mr. HYRAM answered the phone. Instead of rushing over to charge me more money he spend time on the phone discussing the possibility that the water could be naturally coming from the ground instead of a leaking pipe seeing that I had no increase in my water bill. I really appreciated the time he spent on the phone with me giving me advice which was the watch my water bill to see if it goes up. If it goes up, then we can take further action, but as of now with no increase in water bill to watch the situation. I feel this man was honest in his approach in dealing with me, and giving me the best advice as opposed to rushing over to my house, simply trying to make a buck.
