Two different companies came out to fix the problem only to find out neither did because the problem continued. After the last company came to fix the problem, they put a hole in the pipe and never disclosed this to me which caused me to have a leak in my walls. I desperately called for an emergency plumber and found this HIP plumbing service. This company was very professional and let me know everything he did as he worked insuring me that he was going to get it all fixed for me. We’re selling our home and found out last week we had to replace our propane tankless water heater since it was 17 years old but still working fine (a Rinnai). I had to special order the heater, it arrived yesterday, and Hyram—knowing our situation that we’re closing next week—came out today to do the install. Keith the technician is very punctual, professional and very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to identify the leak source very quickly and fixed it satisfactorily , replaced non functional toilet valves at discounted prices. Rebuilt our toilet flusher. too. The best plumber I ever worked with. My main drain had been clogged once a year in the past few years. All other plumbers just did snake jobs to open the line without finding out why. I’m super glad I didn’t use this guys service, when I first called he told me that if I lived in the 33647 area then he wouldn’t charge me a diagnostic fee (the water heater was leaking & needed to be replaced). He quoted me $2000 to replace the water heater and told me it’ll take 4-5 hours to replace, when it’s literally a Gas water heater not an electric one. I talked to the landlord and they told me they’ll send someone else, so I told the guy that i wouldn’t be needing his services since the landlord is sending someone else. After he heard he got upset and told me ‘okay then you need to pay the diagnostic fee’. I didn’t mind and paid him it since I didn’t want to start a problem.

Brought and installed a new toilet. They were prompt, professional, and made sure I was happy. They cleaned up everything also and you would never know they’d been here other than I now have a nice new quiet toilet. Also told me a few things I wasn’t aware of. Thanks for that.

A great service. When I had an emergency (a water heater was leaking and spilling water all over my garage), I called hip home service and Hyram answered my phone call right away. I am having a small issue at my house with water coming out of the ground and puddling on my lawn. I called HIP, Mr. HYRAM answered the phone. Instead of rushing over to charge me more money he spent time on the phone discussing the possibility that the water could be naturally coming from the ground instead of a leaking pipe. The main shut-off valve outside of my home was not working. Hyram was able to access the problem, dig out the valve, and replace the valve. He also replaced a piece of bent PVC connecting the line water to our home. Excellent work!

I am what you call your average handyman. But this time I had to call in a professional, and professional they were. Even learned something at the same time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. I hired them to install a new faucet for $155. They installed the new faucet and said they had discovered a problem under the sink and offered to repair that too. I ended up paying $240 instead of $155. However, the very next day, the sink stopped draining. Something was wrong with the pipes under the sink, where the work had been done. When they came back, they said it would cost another $150 to fix the issue.

Hyram was very professional. On time quick on the job and very efficient!! I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs!!! Busted out a wall to get to the kitchen waste arm. Very PROFESSIONAL work!!

Steve showed up on time and helped me through a huge drainage problem caused by another incompetent plumbing company. Steve is VERY knowledgeable of his trade and not only fixed my problem but also performed additional work so the problem does not reoccur. On top of that, his price was very fair. Saturday I decided to pull my kitchen sink out thinking I could put the new one in on my own and quickly realized I was way over my head. My friend referred me to these guys and they came out the next morning (on their day off) to install my new sink. The price was very reasonable and they were kind and efficient and did an amazing job. I will be recommending them to my neighbors as well as using again in the future.
