Unfortunately, despite these clear arrangements, Hyram contacted our client directly in the hospital, causing unnecessary stress and confusion by requesting to reschedule the appointment—this, instead of reaching out to us to manage the situation. This oversight has led to a significant delay in the closing process, reflecting a lack of professionalism on this occasion.
