I’m super glad I didn’t use this guys service, when I first called he told me that if I lived in the 33647 area then he wouldn’t charge me a diagnostic fee (the water heater was leaking & needed to be replaced). He quoted me $2000 to replace the water heater and told me it’ll take 4-5 hours to replace, when it’s literally a Gas water heater not an electric one. I talked to the landlord and they told me they’ll send someone else, so I told the guy that i wouldn’t be needing his services since the landlord is sending someone else. After he heard he got upset and told me ‘okay then you need to pay the diagnostic fee’. I didn’t mind and paid him it since I didn’t want to start a problem.
