These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by H.I.P. HOME SERVICE & DRAIN LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating at hiphomeservice.com. By scheduling or using our plumbing and drain services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
H.I.P. HOME SERVICE & DRAIN LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater, and related home services in the Wesley Chapel, FL area and surrounding communities. All services are performed by licensed professionals.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
When you schedule a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, service needs, and availability. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed appointment window. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We offer free estimates before work begins. Final pricing is based on the actual scope of work performed. All pricing will be communicated and approved by you before any work commences. Prices may vary based on parts, labor, and complexity of the job.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved checks. Unpaid balances may be subject to a service charge. H.I.P. HOME SERVICE & DRAIN LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid invoices.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by our technicians is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment installed. The warranty is void if repairs or modifications are made by unauthorized parties after our service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H.I.P. HOME SERVICE & DRAIN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, weather, access restrictions). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.
7. Property Access
You agree to provide our technicians safe and adequate access to your property and the relevant plumbing systems. You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and hazardous conditions are disclosed prior to service.
8. Compliance with Laws
All work performed by H.I.P. HOME SERVICE & DRAIN LLC complies with applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. We hold all required licenses and insurance for the state of Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at hiphomeservice.com/terms-of-service. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
