Hiram is the man! Had another company come out 3 times, hundreds of dollars and 2 months later, problem still there. Called HIP, they quoted over the phone with the info I had. They set up a time. Rang the doorbell at exactly the beginning of the time window they estimated. Showed us what was causing the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Did the work, cleaned up and showed the video of the pipes after. Could not have gone any better. Price was significantly better than what other companies quoted us. Work was fantastic. HIGHLY recommend.
