He talked with me about my issue and gave me options. He was able to get to my job in a day, gave me a small 2 hour window. He showed up on time, fixed a valve and installed a new toilet. He did not leave a mess and followed up with me when he left with a short video of the completed job. I was able to pay via Zelle. He is now in my contacts as I will 100% use him again.
