I am having a small issue at my house with water coming out of the ground and puddling on my lawn. I called HIP, Mr. HYRAM answered the phone. Instead of rushing over to charge me more money he spent time on the phone discussing the possibility that the water could be naturally coming from the ground instead of a leaking pipe. I really appreciated the time he spent on the phone with me giving me advice. I feel this man was honest in his approach in dealing with me, and giving me the best advice.
