Woke up to my hot water heater leaking and the 24hr plumbing posted on the water heater itself was backed up to the following Friday. Not only was HIP able to come out the same day, they took the old non working water heater out and installed a brand new one. SAME DAY!!! I appreciate them more than they’ll know! I highly recommend this company!
