We clearly communicated the circumstances: the homeowner is currently hospitalized and unable to attend the property. My husband, also a dedicated agent, even offered to adjust his schedule to ensure the appointment could proceed without the homeowner's presence, an offer which Hyram declined. Unfortunately, despite these clear arrangements, Hyram contacted our client directly in the hospital, causing unnecessary stress and confusion by requesting to reschedule the appointment—this, instead of reaching out to us to manage the situation. This oversight has led to a significant delay in the closing process, reflecting a lack of professionalism on this occasion. Given this experience, we find ourselves unable to recommend your services. We hope this feedback provides an opportunity for your company to improve its processes and communication, ensuring that future collaborations are smooth and professional.
